	ici, the traveling day spa brings top notch day spa services to your door. Our lives would be so much richer if we could take better care of ourselves. If we had the time to have a massage once a week, have a facial, or spend some time in the same room with our loved ones we would live longer, less stressed lives. That’s why I created ici – to help people get into the habit of taking better care of themselves, in an environment that is familiar and completely comfortable. If most of your day is spent in the car, in front of a computer, or on a phone, chances are your shoulders creep up, slowly taking up residence just under your ears, and the muscles in your neck are as tight as a drum. You might look in the mirror one day and realize the threat your mother made when you were young has come true—your face is stuck in a permanent frown and stress wrinkles are making their way across your face. Before you scream and run for the Botox, take a breath and understand that there is a reason why we look the way we do. The demands on our time and energy and the effects of stress can etch themselves into our faces and our bodies each day. But thankfully, how we take care of ourselves can have a big impact on whether or not the effects of stress are fleeting or permanent.
