ICI, the traveling day spa brings a range of 5-star day spa services to your door. Our lives would be so much richer if we could take better care of ourselves. If we had the time to have a massage once a week, have a facial, or spend some time in the same room with our loved ones we would live longer, less stressed lives. The demands on our time and energy and the effects of stress can etch themselves into our faces and our bodies each day. In addition, our cells retain those stresses, and this retention can manifest into ill-health affecting our natural healing systems as well as our muscles. But thankfully, how we take care of ourselves can have a big impact on whether or not these effects are fleeting or permanent. Spa treatments can reduce or even erase the negative effects of stress. But if you travel to the spa, the benefits are often lost on the drive home. by Emily Johnson. At the start of 2009, Emily took on a partner,
Lauren Lovett. Together, Emily and Lauren continue ICI’s natural
evolution, expanding, trimming and honing ICI to be the best traveling
day spa company in LA (even Citysearch says so!) We offer gift certificates, gift baskets, spa packages for parties and showers (some that include catering and clean-up!). She has 300+ hours from the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing (IPSB) in Culver City. Lauren has worked for several spas and chiropractors in Los Angeles since she moved here in 2006 from NYC.
